Equine Training and Consignment Agreement
The Training and Consignment Agreement covers all areas from the services provided, the payment of expenses (including an authorization to charge a card on file), waiver of injury and liabilities, and consignment rights to ensure that a trainer/consignor is properly compensated for sales.

    Equine Contracts

    Each contract is a one time purchase per person.  Contracts may not be used in any transaction in which at least one party has not purchased the contract.  Use of any contract does not create an attorney client relationship between Lacy Kimball Law and the user.
